This course outline 10 common thinking distortions, how they can negatively impact your feelings, and strategies to overcoming them. Understanding Cognitive Distortions is a practical, engaging course designed specifically for people working to help people improve how they feel.

This course will introduce you to the 10 Cognitive Distortions as taught by Dr David Burns in his classic book Feeling Great:
