🗣️ Four Steps of the Conversation

  1. Observation – Describe exactly what you saw (avoid generalizations).
  2. Feeling – Share how it made you feel.
  3. Interpretation – Guess what the underlying issue might be.
  4. Request – Make a specific ask for future action.
